GGOL is a great opportunity to enhance or change its culture and improve its staffs level of expectation through and through effective management in order to meet the needs of todays demanding economy.As previously mentioned, the company is already experiencing a decline in its profits margin because of its accounts receivables f rom customers and their major supplier has an item in the form, emitting afoul odor, causing the company to compromise production schedules and posed a serious threat to its profit margin. It would certainly influence my decision to implement GGOL at Simmons.The video was both inspirational and informative. Since diversity is a major concern for most global companies, this is not the case with Simmons. That is, it was prevalent at Simmons, as well as, their enthusiasm in working with each other at the company and for the company. Their positive attitude resonated throughout the video. It is evident from the video that they work collectively and are eager to assist others in different department, when asked to do so. Coming to work seems second reputation for them.They are able to share with the upper management areas of concerns and questions, and as such, not prohibited from doing so, which was not the case in the past. In short, they are empowered to adjourn on task without bein g micro-managed. Now, it is a shared vision by the top, middle, and lower levels of the company with one mission in mind to do what is in the best interest of company.The company should use the top-down and bottom-up design in implementing the GGOL program. However, the company should employ a professional evaluation team to trammel which plant should be the catalyst to receive the program. After selecting the plant, the program should start at the top level of the plant because they are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the plant and if they buy into the program other levels are more willing to accept it. The top-level can assist in delivering the GGOL program to the other employees. The next level should be the middle level because they are responsible for inspiring the workers to work collectively towards a common goal, i.e., what is in the best interest of the plant.Needless to say, these individual are very reluctant to change, but must be done gradual due to their c ommitment to the company, embedded old core values, and long biography with the company. When the worker realizes that the change is positive, their outlook improves and this attitude has a snowball effect. That is, one worker at a time starts to embrace middle managements vision for the company. Now, the workers are willing to trust middle manager because they are open for suggestions and are encouraging empowerment of workers, unlike the past, when the decision from the top was purely totalitarianism with no questions asked or else be fired. Finally, the workers should be the last to receive the program.The middle-level can introduce the program. In so doing, it encourages team work, which will eventually change the culture of the plant. Changes are needed and welcomed, if it benefits both the employer and employees. If this company continues to operate in a vacuum, the destiny of the company is almost sudden death with invalid debts arising and plant processing being restrict ed because of the foul odor.Emotions were running high, each level of the organization realizing the potential of closure of the company, if it did not change the culture of the organization. The old way of handling concerns and questions is pseudo at best. The company would continue to experience apathy at the workplace. Docs. The government has created the Department of Community Services (DOCs) under the Children Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998. This organization helps protect children who are suffering abuse or neglect. Majority of the time Docs have overseen incidents and have failed to report any sort of child abuse, neglect or domestic violence. As shown recently in 2012 August 03 in the Sydney Morning Herald (SHM) Abuse Children were ignored by a social welfare worker.The Department of Community Services have failed to protect and prevent children from harm due to being under resourced and not having the adequate resources to protect children. The Australian government should provide efficient resources e. g. having more people involved with better wages in protecting minors. This would therefore be more effective in protecting children and their rights. Without this new reform in the legal system it will increase the number of children who are in great harm, as recently seen in the media Ebony report- reveals history of Docs neglect.For individual members to feel safe and protected the law has added extra provisions on the Crimes (Domestic Violence) Amendment Act 1982 which amended the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW), has included victims who suffer from domestic violence have the right to seek AVOs. Many people do not fulfill their responsibility towards their children and sometimes having a divorce within the family can cause major confl icts and struggles on the couple, and most importantly the child.As the NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research (BOSCAR) shows that inadequate parenting is associated with child neglect, to some extent these are the strongest predictors of juvenile crime as 36% of young people are cautioned. matchless of the most serious of these cases are children having the thought of committing suicide. As seen in one of the most recent cases Merrett and BASS 2013. This demonstrates how the strenuous tension between a couple can have on child. However, this isnt always the case as the child may end up back with their abusive parent as seen in the Whitehead v Storn. The court system has shown to have responded to numerous issues of different areas of family law however, some of the attempts of reforms have demonstrated to be ineffective.

Now I back understand ofttimes more English. Knowing English helped me a lot, now when I watch movies I understand better than before.Also songs that I listen I fundament understand what the singer is trying to say. When I travel with my parents in a different state that dont speak Albanian I raft talk with people in English and it help me a lot. A lot of my cousins continued studies in other countries and I always wanted to go immaterial of Kosovo to study. Now that I can learn in English I also can go somewhere else. Or I can stay in Kosovo but study in a American University and someday I will have a chance to go outside the state for masters. I can do this thank to English course.In that course I also made new friends, some of them maybe where going to be in same University so when I go in university I will have friends from Peja. And that will help me in first old age in university where Im going to be in totally new city and my life will change. The powers that took over Japan were of two kinds the first, the military leadership taken from the clans that prospered modernization and second, the emperor himself, partially under the thumb of the military but also a power in his own right.This coalition stabilized Japanese society in this era, providing it with the peace necessary to develop into a major industrial power. To some extent, the Briti sh were involved in investing in this new state, in that the Japanese were seen in London as a necessary counterweight both to Russia and the possibility of a revival of Chinese fortunes. Hence, while the Japanese developments after 1877 were impressive, British investment must also be considered.It must be mentioned that Japan was treated as more or less an equal partner with the British rather than as a subject, partially because of the undeniable strength of the Japanese state, but also due to their value in traffic with eastern Russian expansion. This policy will bear fruit in the Russo-Japanese war of 1905-1906. But the real issue was the connection between British politics, the oligarchy in Japan and the emperor, to some extent the puppet of both. The military leaders who emerged from the 1877 war victorious realized that China was the anti-type of proper Asian development.As China lost its central authority, saw its economy come back into the hands of both the Rothschild an d Sassoon bankers, the Japanese realized two things first, that a coalition, rather than a battle, with England was necessary, and second, this coalition must be used to modernize and centralize the Japanese state, hence preserving it from colonization. America became the dominant force in European politics, and her late entry into World War I and the amount of money she forwarded to England against Germany made certain that the US was now a dominant partner on both sides of the Atlantic. From a paltry 2% of the Jewish population in Germany to a mass movement, Hitler scared the Jews to such an extent that a formerly assimila ted Jewish population suddenly became nationalist and themselves created a colonial state in the Middle East. In other words, Zionism could never have existed without Hitler. Therefore, Hitler is the founder of the Israeli state in more than one way. Things I’ve learned

Ive learned One of the first things that I have learned since evening been In this class was how to be better at communication. Often at times we as people seem to only think about ourselves, Its non a good thing but we are human. In the world of business I am my own brand but Im not the just about important piece in the puzzle.Teamwork is the key because the same people that I see going up the ladder will most likely be he same people I see coming down. With that being said, I will try my best not to burn any connect because you never know who or what that you might need In life. The second thing that I have learned since being in this class is mad Intelligence. A lot of people claim to have emotional intelligence but lack the confidence within themselves to properly express it and in this occupancy of business find It crucial.With limited knowledge of self and emotional intelligence one can ender their success. With emotional intelligence a person can air effectively because without communication you cant be an effective player in this game of life. The third thing Ive learned was the Dry. Phil test. By delegating this task to Karen she has excelled at the job in hand and it has motivated her in her work. Its gives the manager a chance to speak to the member of staff involved in the task and helps the member of staff to learn from the experience.
